As Machined
Direct from the Swiss lathe — tool marks visible, no secondary processing. Ra 125–250 μin. Most cost-effective option for structural or hidden surfaces.
Anodizing
Electrochemical oxide layer on aluminum — increases hardness to 60+ HRC at surface, excellent corrosion resistance. Type II (decorative) or Type III (hard coat) available in custom colors.
Polishing
Mechanical or electro-polishing achieves mirror-quality surfaces to Ra 4–16 μin. Essential for medical implants, fluid handling, and optics mounting components.
Brushed Finish
Fine, unidirectional abrasive lines create a satin texture. Reduces visible fingerprints, enhances grip ergonomics, and provides a premium industrial appearance.
Sandblasting
Uniform matte texture via controlled abrasive blasting — eliminates machining marks, prepares surface for coating adhesion, and creates consistent satin-to-matte appearance.
