How fast is your turnaround time?
Standard CNC prototypes ship in 5–7 business days. Express service is 2–3 days. Rush orders are available on request — contact us directly for same-day quoting.
What tolerances can you guarantee?
Standard tolerance is ±0.1mm. Precision machining achieves ±0.005mm. We verify every critical dimension using our Zeiss CMM and provide a full inspection report.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP (.stp), IGES, SolidWorks (.sldprt), AutoCAD (.dwg/.dxf), Parasolid, and PDF technical drawings. STEP is preferred for highest accuracy.
Do you offer design feedback?
Yes — every order receives a free DFM (design-for-manufacturability) review. Our engineers identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve accuracy, or speed up machining.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ for prototypes. We machine single parts for R&D and scale to hundreds for bridge production. Pricing is volume-optimized regardless of quantity.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 50+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments are tracked, insured, and include full customs documentation from our Shenzhen facility.
Can you machine complex 5-axis parts?

How do you protect my IP?
We sign NDAs before any file is shared. Your CAD data is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and purged after project completion upon request.
