MetalWorks Plus is a precision manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China. We make custom machined parts to customer drawings — CNC milled and turned parts, Swiss-turned pins and shafts, EDM and laser-cut parts, and complete sub-assemblies — from one prototype to high-volume production, for aerospace, medical, automotive, robotics, electronics and industrial machinery customers.
A factory. Every part is machined, inspected and finished in our own 15,000 m² plant in Guangming, Shenzhen, on machines we own and by engineers and operators we employ. We do not broker work to other shops, so you deal directly with the people who make your parts.
MW+ is the short name for MetalWorks Plus. You will see both on drawings, quotes and inspection reports; they refer to the same company and the same Shenzhen factory.
60+ CNC machining centres, including 3, 4 and 5-axis mills, CNC lathes and Swiss-type turning centres, plus wire and sinker EDM, laser cutting and finishing lines. The team includes 120+ engineers and technical staff who handle programming, DFM review, inspection and customer projects.
Aerospace, medical devices, automotive and EV, robotics and automation, electronics and connectors, and general industrial machinery. Each has its own quality framework at MetalWorks Plus: AS9100D for aerospace, ISO 13485 for medical and IATF 16949 for automotive work.
Ask for certificate copies with your first quote: they carry certificate numbers and expiry dates, so you can check them with the issuing bodies. A small prototype order is also a low-risk way to see our DFM feedback, inspection reports and communication before you commit production volume.
Yes. We ship to 50+ countries by DHL, FedEx, UPS and air or sea freight, with export packaging and documents prepared for every order. Drawings, quotes and inspection reports are all handled in English.
Three things. Every process from machining to finishing and inspection sits in one building, so parts never leave our control. An engineer reviews every drawing and sends free DFM feedback with the quote. And every first article is measured on a CMM, with the report sent to you before production starts.
Yes. Prototypes typically ship in 3–5 business days, and production runs follow on the same machines and quality system, from 1 piece to 100,000+. The program, fixtures and inspection plan proven on the prototype carry into production, so the part never has to be requalified with a new supplier.
An NDA is signed on request before you send drawings, and design files stay on our own servers. They are used only to quote, program and inspect your parts.
Every order ships with a CMM inspection report on critical dimensions, material certificates and a certificate of conformance. First article inspection to AS9102, PPAP for automotive programs and RoHS/REACH declarations are available on request.
Yes. Laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly run alongside CNC machining at MetalWorks Plus, so the machined and fabricated parts for one product can be built, inspected and shipped together.

Send a drawing through the quote form or email jy.liu@metalworksplus.com. An engineer replies within 24 hours with a quote, lead time and DFM notes. Once you order, a first article is machined for your approval before the batch runs.
70+ grades: aluminium 6061 and 7075, stainless steels 303, 304 and 316, tool and alloy steels, titanium, Inconel, brass, copper, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper and engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM and PTFE. Every lot is traceable to its mill certificate.
Parts are machined to ISO 2768-m unless the drawing says otherwise, with ±0.005 mm on toleranced features as standard and ±0.001 mm on specific features that are ground, EDM-cut or micro-machined. Anything tighter than ±0.01 mm is verified on a CMM and reported with the shipment.
Yes. Every drawing sent to MetalWorks Plus gets a free design-for-manufacturability review with the quote, pointing out features, tolerances or materials that add cost without adding function, whether you order or not.
Yes. Send the drawing, or a sample of the part you buy today, and a sample can be reverse-engineered on the CMM. We quote it on our own process and confirm the first article against your drawing before any volume is released.

MW+ MetalWorks Plus was founded in 2015 in Shenzhen, China. Starting as a specialized CNC machining workshop, the company has grown over 11 years into a 15,000 m² precision manufacturing facility with 120+ engineering professionals and 60+ CNC machining centers.
MW+ MetalWorks Plus holds ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), AS9100 Rev D (aerospace), ISO 13485:2016 (medical devices), and IATF 16949:2016 (automotive) certifications. The company is also RoHS and REACH compliant. Certificate copies carrying numbers and expiry dates are sent with your first quote on request.
MW+ offers 3-axis, 4-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling; Swiss-type CNC turning; wire EDM and sinker EDM; laser cutting and engraving; micro-machining for features below 0.1 mm; precision grinding; and a full suite of in-house surface finishing including anodizing, passivation, electroplating, powder coating, and electropolishing.
MW+ MetalWorks Plus accepts orders from 1 prototype piece to production runs of 100,000+ parts, all under the same quality management system. There is no minimum order quantity for CNC machining prototypes. Volume pricing applies for batches of 50 pieces and above.
