CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is a subtractive manufacturing process where pre-programmed software controls machine tools to remove material with extraordinary precision. Our 5-axis CNC centers achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.001mm on metals, plastics, and exotic alloys.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Standard tolerance is ±0.01mm. Precision applications: ±0.005mm. With specialized 5-axis setups: ±0.001mm. Surface roughness from Ra 3.2μm to Ra 0.1μm (mirror polish). All verified with Zeiss CMM measurement reports.
What materials can you CNC machine?
MW+ machines 50+ engineering-grade materials including aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), titanium (Grade 2 and 5), stainless steel (303, 304, 316L, 17-4 PH), Inconel 625/718, Hastelloy, and medical plastics (PEEK, Ultem, PTFE). All sourced with full mill certification.
How long does CNC machining take?
Standard lead time is 5 business days for prototypes. Volume production runs 10–15 days. 48-hour express service is available for urgent projects. Quote response is guaranteed within 24 hours of receiving your CAD files.
Do you provide quality certifications?
Yes. ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified. We provide Certificate of Conformance (COC), CMM inspection reports, material certifications, First Article Inspection per AS9102, and SPC data on request. ITAR-registered for defense contracts.
